Many of the pictures on my website are of traditional subjects such as landscapes, seascapes, plants, and birds. But I also enjoy creating humorous compositions and capturing the peculiar and the absurd. Some of my images – those of natural patterns, for example – are simply meant to be pleasing to the eye.
I took up photography as a hobby in the mid 70s and got more serious about it in early 2000, when digital cameras became more affordable. These days, I am back to the hobby stage, having added very little in the past few years to my website. Now I am just enjoying retirement.
But since you have found your way here through the labyrinth of the worldwide web, I hope you will stay a while and enjoy viewing some of my photographic endeavours.
